Principal's Message

Dear SJCA Families and Caregivers,

 

Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year at San Jose Charter Academy! As we enter our 27th year, we are excited to focus on our theme for the year: "The Power of One." This reminds us that every person-whether a teacher, parent, caregiver, or student-can make a big difference in our school community.

Looking back on my 26 years here at SJCA, starting as a second-grade teacher, I see how much we've grown thanks to the efforts of everyone involved. One caring teacher, one supporting parent, or one eager student can spark positive change that spreads throughout our school.

Our staff is dedicated to creating a place where every child feels encouraged and motivated to do their best. We believe that when each of us contributes-whether with a kind word, a helpful idea, or a simple act of kindness-we come together to make a powerful impact on our school.

As we get ready to welcome our Sharks back on August 14th, I encourage you to embrace "The Power of One" in your own way. Together, we can continue to build a strong and caring community where everyone has the chance to make a difference.
